We are a not for profit community based organisation focused on helping young people in Western Australia achieve their potential via vocational education  and training programs. We endeavour to alleviate hardship by supporting and connecting disadvantaged and underprivileged young people into sustainable employment within the construction, hospitality and leisure industries. 

Endeavors aim is to encourage, motivate, build confidence and develop the skills required to succeed in a career within the construction, hospitality and leisure industries. The vital work of this not for profit, will directly assist to remove the financial barriers that restrict participation in vocational education and training and safeguard the future of many aspiring West Australian youths.
